For many years we went on holiday in Portugal, with the aim to find a small pension.
So we discovered Portugal in all its directions. From the north to the south and from the east to the west.
In 2006, we actually wanted to go north, but since the weather did not play along, we met Melides in the southwest. Alentejo, Costa Azul.
We stayed in the open air at the lagoon, where we dreamed further from our pension, not knowing that it was already on the other side of the river. Two years later we found our dream house. Since 2008 we live here and have gradually renovated everything independently.
